Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to support vertical roller mills across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role is highly field-oriented with extensive travel (70–80%), requiring hands-on mechanical expertise and strong customer relationships.

You will troubleshoot, install, commission, and maintain rotating industrial equipment while collaborating with on-site teams and head office staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years hands-on field service experience.
• Experience with rotary/rotating machinery in heavy industrial plants.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• English communication skills; additional language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assessments prior to equipment installation and maintenance.
• Oversee equipment installation, alignment, and assembly at customer plants.
• Perform startup and commissioning of new systems and related components.
• Provide technical support and remote assistance to customers.
