Our Field Service Engineers are mostly based on-site at cement plants, primarily across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with opportunities to travel globally as required. This is a full-time, highly field-oriented role involving approximately 70–80% travel (around 180–200 travel days per year). This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and hands‑on experience in the field. You will provide comprehensive technical support for Fuller Technologies' Vertical roller mills, covering installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Combining hands‑on technical expertise with strong customer relationship management, you will help ensure optimal equipment performance and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Working both independently and closely with plant teams, contractors, and technical colleagues at the head office, you will troubleshoot complex equipment failures, implement preventive maintenance programs, and contribute to continuous improvements in plant operations across a global customer base.
