Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Lead Data Scientist for Commercialisation AI to turn data and AI into measurable commercial impact. You will anchor and build AI/ML solutions that shape forecasting, causal inference and GenAI systems for global commercial decisions.

You will own projects from prototype to production alongside domain experts in GCX across affiliates worldwide. The role emphasizes deep expertise in one area with curiosity in others, and collaboration with a team building new commercial

Qualifications

Several years of experience building, deploying or supporting data science, ML, AI models with real commercial data.
Strong Python and SQL skills and solid software engineering practices.
Experience with predictive models in a commercial/pharmaceutical setting.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate commercial questions into data science and ML solutions that ship.
Develop segmentation, targeting, propensity and causal inference models.
Build GenAI applications end to end, including RAG pipelines and agents.
Work with diverse data sources and productionize models.
Evaluate models with appropriate metrics and explain trade-offs to stakeholders.
Design models with production readiness in mind.
