Responsibilities

• Centralize and run Engineering support functions within Satellite Systems Engineering.
• Define and deploy Engineering methods and standard ways of working.
• Ensure Engineering compliance with space and quality regulations.

Skills

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent qualification

Business acumen and operational execution

Strong capability in reporting and metrics

Leadership presence and interpersonal effectiveness

Excellent communication and influence skills

Security clearance eligibility

Education
