COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a growing portfolio of premium retail clients in Scandinavia. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on support, covering sites in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo.

You will travel regularly across Scandinavia, with occasional visits to Paris, ensuring high service delivery and adherence to safety standards while supporting business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Maintenance role in Facilities Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building services.
• Hands-on approach and ability to support engineers when needed.
• Experience managing multiple sites or mobile engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and maintenance activities across multiple retail sites.
• Lead by example and provide hands-on technical support when required.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance and reactive works.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and site teams.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and company standards.
• Support mobilisation of new client sites as the business grows.

Scandinavia.

About the Role

This is a varied role combining technical leadership with hands-on engineering support. You'll manage maintenance operations across sites in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the continued growth of the business. Regular travel between sites is required, with occasional visits to the Paris.

Key Responsibilities
