Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Domain Architect for Retail and E-commerce to shape architectural strategy and guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable solutions. You will design end-to-end architectures for retail and e-commerce platforms, aligning technology with business goals and enabling rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable retail and e-commerce systems.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 5-10.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and cloud-based solutions like Azure.
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems and retail POS platforms.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Architectural Planning & Governance: Collaborate with the Engineering Director to develop and implement a detailed architectural strategy.
• Align architecture planning with business goals across product lines.
• Lead architectural governance processes and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Leadership Of Architecture & Engineering Teams: Directly manage Solution and Technical Architects, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Mentor team members to promote professional growth and skill development.
• System Design & Implementation: Design end-to-end solutions for retail and e-commerce platforms.
• Gather system requirements from stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance performance, security, and scalability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of architectural solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
