Job summary

Audika Group, part of Demant, seeks a Team Leader, Digital Learning to shape and scale our global learning ecosystem. You will lead 2 instructional designers, 1 AI instructional, 1 designer and 1 Fuse administrator, driving strategy, governance and impactful learner experiences across markets.

You will partner with Commercial Excellence leaders and senior stakeholders to translate priorities into a learning roadmap and to leverage AI to increase scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Learning & Development, Digital Learning, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital learning, learning technologies and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital Learning team.
• Own and continuously improve the global intake and prioritisation process for learning initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into a balanced and impactful learning roadmap.
• Establish and maintain global standards, frameworks and quality processes for digital learning.
• Drive learning governance and ensure effective adoption across markets.
• Monitor learning performance and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Shape the future development of Fuse as our global learning platform.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence leaders, trainers, project managers and change specialists.
• Support global capability-building initiatives that contribute to business performance.
• Explore AI and emerging learning technologies to enhance learner experiences and scalability.
