WS Audiology Group is seeking a Retail Learning & Development Specialist to shape engaging learning experiences for our global retail teams. You will own retail learning initiatives from needs analysis to content creation and implementation across markets.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of market stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into practical programs, with a focus on accessible, effective learning through e-learning, webinars and live

Formación

• 2+ years in Learning & Development, content development or related field.
• Experience creating learning materials for retail or consumer-facing environments.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and formats.

Responsabilidades

• Identify learning needs and translate priorities into scalable retail learning solutions.
• Plan, coordinate and execute learning projects with defined timelines and quality standards.
• Design and maintain engaging learning assets (e-learning, webinars, guides).
• Support global rollout and ensure consistent adoption across markets.
• Localize content to meet regional needs while upholding global standards.
