Job summary

Benifex Limited is seeking two highly skilled Instructional Designers to convert existing content into engaging, modern digital learning experiences. You will blend instructional design, visual design, and learning technologies to deliver end-to-end learning pathways within our LMS, culminating in certifications and assessments.

You will establish learning experience standards, visual identity, and quality benchmarks across the LMS ecosystem, acting as brand champions for learner-facing content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer (LXD) or similar role.
• Demonstrable portfolio of modern digital learning solutions.
• Experience designing end-to-end learning programs.
• Experience creating certification pathways and assessment frameworks.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theory and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience transforming complex content into engaging learner experiences.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing learning materials and transform them into engaging digital learning pathways.
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's taxonomy and adult learning principles.
• Create learning solutions that maximise knowledge retention and learner engagement.
• Design learning journeys that build capability and culminate in certification and assessment results.
• Develop eLearning content using industry-leading authoring tools.
• Create interactive modules, simulations, branching scenarios and microlearning assets.
• Produce multimedia learning content for synchronous and asynchronous delivery.
• Ensure content is accessible, scalable and maintainable.
• Package and publish SCORM-compliant content and optimise for LMS delivery.
• Collaborate on learning pathway architecture and programme structure.
• Maintain consistent user experience across the LMS.
