Job summary

Convatec in Denmark is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product / Brand Marketing within the Diabetes team to shape the product pipeline and lifecycle of the portfolio. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to turn needs into opportunities and drive successful launches.

You will own the portfolio, lead launches, and drive performance across functions such as R&D, Operations, regulatory, and medical affairs, with up to 20 days of travel per year. Based in Søborg/Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
• Experience working across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A proactive, collaborative can-do mindset.
• Medical device development experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product portfolio and lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with B2B key customers.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
• Bring the voice of the customer into product development.
• Provide commercial input into business cases.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Logistics and Finance.
• Track product performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality and Medical Affairs.
