Qualifications

• A relevant upper-secondary education such as EUD/EUX, HHX, STX, HF or HTX, plus a five-week EUS basic course.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Interest in customer service and working in an international organisation.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong day-to-day contact with customers and sales representatives.
• Handle customer orders and follow up to support accurate and timely delivery.
• Assist with forecasting, price calculations and preparation of customer offers.
• Coordinate samples and product documentation for customers.
• Support complaint handling and contribute to ad-hoc tasks across the department.
