Job summary

Colorful Standard is looking for organized student workers in Copenhagen to support customer care, logistics and returns for our international clothing brand. The role offers hands-on experience across customer service, logistics and office tasks in a brand-new Nørrebro office.

Starting mid-November 2026, you will work 10–15 hours per week with a fixed schedule, joining a small, international team focused on sustainability and quality. Students are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Danish.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under busy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Colorful Standard, answering customer questions warmly and promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics on lost/delayed packages and investigate issues.
• Handle returns from start to finish.
• Monitor US shipments and liaise with carriers and US Customs to prevent delays.
• Respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Klaviyo.
• Run the office day-to-day and maintain supplies.
• Assist with ad hoc customer experience tasks.
