Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to connect customers with products globally, from order receipt to invoicing, coordinating with warehousing and transport partners. Based at our production and distribution facilities in Avedøre, the role requires SAP proficiency, Danish and English fluency, and a structured, collaborative approach to ensure timely deliveries.

You will handle orders, export documentation, invoicing, and continuous improvement projects while

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or international trade.
Proficient in SAP and comfortable working with ERP systems.
Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong customer service mindset; able to work in a structured, organized way.
Collaborative team player who contributes positively to the work environment.

Responsibilities

Receive and validate customer orders.
Coordinate internal order handling in SAP according to established procedures.
Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external customers.
Prepare export documentation.
Book transportation with preferred freight forwarders.
Complete order processing and prepare invoicing.
Participate in logistics-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
