Job summary

Arla Foods AB is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to strengthen global in-store execution for our Milk Based Beverages across markets. You will develop frameworks, governance and scalable tools that boost visibility, availability and commercial impact.

You will work with commercial teams, category, brand, procurement and logistics to enable cross-country adoption, training, playbooks and best-practice sharing in a dynamic, global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Master university degree in business, marketing, commercial management or comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence or Customer/Shopper Marketing within a global FMCG organization.
• Experience in beverages or mature cooler/display/POP execution practices.
• Experience in international matrix organization and leading cross-country initiatives.
• English fluency; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve global strategies, standards, governance and future asset management solutions for displays and in-store execution across markets.
• Build and deploy scalable trade marketing tools, frameworks and solutions that drive stronger in-store execution and commercial impact.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Category, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and markets to improve asset effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Accelerate market adoption through capability building, training, playbooks and best-practice sharing.
• Leverage performance data and insights to optimize asset investments and execution quality.
