ROCKWOOL Group in Denmark seeks a Global Commercial CRM Product Owner to lead the business direction of our global CRM platform, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service. You will align with OPCOs, Group functions and Enterprise Architecture to deliver a value-driven CRM roadmap.

In this role you will own the roadmap, define KPIs, and drive CRM improvements that boost pipeline health, conversion, and customer experience across markets, while championing user adoption and AI

Competenze

• Strong experience in Product Ownership or similar roles and roadmaps.
• Experience improving CRM platforms in a sales environment with Dynamics 365 Sales preferred.
• Strategy development based on customer journeys and future-state processes.
• Experience managing multiple markets and stakeholders with trade-offs.
• Ability to define KPIs, baselines, and targets for value realization.
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate in a global org.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain a 3-5 year CRM strategy for Dynamics 365 Sales, aligning with markets and EA.
• Own the global CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising high-impact improvements.
• Drive discovery and prioritisation of Sales CRM improvements to strengthen pipeline and growth.
• Define KPIs, baselines and targets; follow up on data quality and outcomes.
• Champion user adoption and AI opportunities within CRM for efficiency.
• Translate business priorities into clear, implementable requirements for delivery teams.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 Customer Service with a stability-first approach.
