Job summary

Demant is seeking a Senior Creative & Content Lead to shape how a global brand expresses itself across 20 markets. You will own content and copy frameworks, partner with agencies, and set standards for creative quality across channels.

You will drive modular content strategies and write for international audiences with clear English. You will work with the Creative Director and a six-person, close-knit Global Marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns, expanding Demant’s reach in owned

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in copywriting, creative, or content strategy.
Experience working across the full marketing funnel and CRM.
Portfolio demonstrating creative judgement across formats and channels.
Experience directing agency partners in a hands-on, collaborative capacity.
Excellent written English for international audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop content and copy across awareness, consideration, and retention for owned channels, social, web, email, and direct mail.
Act as a creative partner to agency teams, providing input throughout development.
Work with the Creative Director to establish brand tone, expression, and quality standards.
Build modular content frameworks for 20 local markets.
Write with international audiences in mind; clear, accessible English.
Collaborate with designers and motion colleagues to bring ideas to life.
Develop and manage AI-supported content tools to extend capacity.
Present creative recommendations and outcomes to stakeholders globally and locally.
