Job summary

Etex Group, with the Skamol division in Branden, Denmark, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive CI across operations. You will coach teams, implement 5S, DMAIC, and problem-solving practices, and lead Kaizen events on site, fostering collaboration and sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive a culture of continuous improvement by developing and delivering a clear, locally aligned CI roadmap.
• Lead impactful change initiatives across operations, inspiring teams and challenging the status quo.
• Champion cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains, delivering tangible results.
• Empower teams through training, coaching, and hands-on support in CI methodologies such as 5S, DMAIC, and problem solving.
• Take ownership of CI projects, leading Kaizen events, workshops, and transformation activities on site.
• Embed best practices and ensure improvements are sustained, tracked, and aligned to key performance outcomes.
• Partner with factory teams to identify opportunities, eliminate losses, and enhance performance.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality, driving behavioural change through leadership.
• Act as a role model and change ambassador, supporting employee growth and engagement.
