Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Supply Chain Professional in Clinical Supplies to own planning and execution of supply chain activities for clinical trials across the portfolio. You will work with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to translate complex demand into reliable supply.

You will coordinate with RTSM/IWRS vendors, CMOs, depots, and planning platforms, ensuring compliance with import/export and customs requirements while using digital planning tools to maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a related field with relevant supply chain experience (3–4 years) or Master’s/PhD with 0–2 years.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English; Danish not required.
• Proactive problem solving to improve efficiency.
• Experience with demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Familiarity with import/export and customs regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain plans, forecasts, and distribution schedules aligned with trial timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability, minimize waste, and balance supply and demand.
• Coordinate with RTSM/IWRS vendors, CMOs, depots, and planning platforms to manage lead times and delays.
• Ensure shipment and supply documentation meets import/export and customs requirements.
• Use digital planning tools to keep supply data accurate and transparent, and drive improvements.
• Contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives and own designated process areas.
• Operate in a GxP-regulated environment with traceability and right-first-time execution.
