Job summary

You will forecast, plan, and monitor inventories, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements using digital planning tools. English fluency is required; Danish is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining supply chain plans, forecasts, and distribution schedules aligned with clinical trial timelines.
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize wastage.
• Coordinating with external partners to manage lead times and delays.
• Ensuring shipment and supply documentation meets import/export and customs requirements.
• Using digital planning tools to keep data accurate and transparent.
• Contributing to cross-functional improvements and process ownership.
• Working in a GxP-regulated environment with right-first-time execution.
