Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Supply Chain Planning Professional to translate business needs into planning solutions across a global organisation. You will work at the intersection of supply chain, business processes and technology, building expertise in selected planning solution areas and taking ownership of their development.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects and end users to design, implement and adopt standard planning solutions, driving value across sites and geographies

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Experience within supply chain management or planning.
• Understanding of planning processes and interest in supply chain IT solutions.
• Ability to analyse requirements, identify interdependencies, and design improvements.
• Strong collaboration and communication across functions, organisational levels, and cultures.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantage) and OMP familiarity (benefit).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and user requirements into clear user stories and features.
• Define and maintain the development backlog for selected planning solution areas.
• Contribute to the detailed design of system solutions with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and senior colleagues.
• Support planning teams, end users, and Super Users in adopting standard planning solutions.
• Represent Planning Solution Development in cross-functional projects and contribute supply chain, process, and systems knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and accessible documentation of system solutions, processes, and governance.
• Act as third-level support for selected solution areas, identifying issues early and coordinating resolution.
