Job summary

BOLIA, a Scandinavian design company, is seeking a strategic Chief Human Resources Officer to lead the global People & Development agenda. You will partner with the CEO, Board and executive team to shape a people strategy that supports growth, international expansion and long-term value creation.

You will head a diverse HR organisation covering recruitment, talent development, leadership development, training, HR operations, employee engagement and workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human resources, organisational development, business economics or related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in international organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global People & Development strategy aligned with growth ambitions.
• Partner with CEO and Board to translate business priorities into people initiatives.
• Drive recruitment and development for HQ and new market openings.
• Strengthen culture, engagement and leadership across markets.
• Lead the global People & Development function with scalable structures and processes.
• Drive talent attraction, leadership development and succession to support expansion.
• Support international growth through people initiatives across countries and functions.
