Qualifications

Proven +10 years of leading change for large-scale, cross-functional, international transformation programs.
Strong track record of driving adoption and business value from digital solution implementations.
Hands-on expertise in change management methodologies, including impact assessments and training.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end change management for global transformation initiatives, from readiness and deployment to adoption and sustainment.
Assess organizational impact and develop targeted change, communication, engagement, and training interventions.
Build stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and leadership levels to drive adoption.
