Job summary

Coloplast seeks a Senior Development Manager for the Centre of Excellence in Global Operation Finance, based in Humlebæk with travel to manufacturing sites. You will lead process standardization, digitalization and analytics initiatives, develop the go-forward roadmap and ensure adoption across Global Operations Finance.

You will collaborate with the CoE and multiple finance teams across Denmark and Poland, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, strengthening data foundations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role with a solid understanding of operational finance in a global manufacturing context.
• Experience leading or participating in global projects and coordinating people toward targets.
• Proven knowledge of process mapping and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong analytical mindset to structure, prioritize, and simplify complex problems or processes.
• Numerical skills with Excel and ability to work with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Business-oriented mindset focused on delivering results with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance and Global Operations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Drive development initiatives within Global Operations Finance (Manufacturing focus).
• Lead and independently execute selected improvement projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional process mapping workshops for as-is and to-be processes.
• Drive process improvement and standardization based on gaps and best practices.
• Build and manage a cross-functional stakeholder network.
