Job summary

Hempel A/S is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the people side of major business transformations across a global organization. You will build commitment, readiness and lasting adoption as new digital capabilities and cross-functional ways of working are introduced.

In this role, you will partner with leaders, SMEs and digital teams to translate objectives into practical change journeys, ensuring understanding, sponsorship and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven 10+ years leading change for large-scale, international transformation programs.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations or supply chain environments.
• Expertise in impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption measurement.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and executive sponsors on sponsorship, alignment, readiness and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for global transformation initiatives.
• Assess organizational impact and develop targeted change, communication, engagement, and training interventions.
• Build stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and leadership levels.
• Monitor readiness, adoption, and business outcomes, managing resistance and mitigation actions.
• Advise transformation leaders on change risks, readiness, and benefits realization, contributing to continuous improvement.
