Job summary

TD SYNNEX Nordics is seeking a Change Management Leader to drive adoption and value realization for regional-to-local initiatives. You will apply change management, project management and communication expertise to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery and sustainable adoption across the organization.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, building readiness and mitigating resistance through targeted plans and effective internal communications to achieve business

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports regional/local change initiatives to drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Conducts change impact assessments and identifies key stakeholders.
• Identifies change risks and mitigations and prepares actions.
• Creates and maintains communication, engagement, coaching, training and resistance management plans.
