Job summary

Hempel Paints Kuwait Company W.L.L. seeks an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the people side of major global transformations.

You will translate objectives into practical change journeys that help colleagues understand what is changing, why it matters and how to succeed in the future state. You will partner with business leaders, digital teams and suppliers to drive adoption, measure readiness and business outcomes, and advise leadership on risks and sponsorship across functions,

Qualifications

10+ years leading change for large-scale, cross-functional, international transformation programs.
Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
Expertise in change management methodologies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement.
Ability to influence and advise senior leaders and executive sponsors on sponsorship, alignment, organizational readiness, and change risk.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with a pragmatic, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end change management for global transformation initiatives.
Assess organizational impact and develop targeted change, communication, engagement, and training interventions.
Build stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and leadership levels; leverage sponsor networks to drive adoption.
Monitor readiness, adoption and business outcomes; manage resistance and implement mitigations.
Advise transformation leaders on change risks and benefits realization; contribute to ongoing improvement of change management practices.
