FUJIFILM Biotechnologies seeks a Global Business Finance Manager to own operational objectives, set policy, and guide financial decisions impacting multiple areas of the business. Based at the Hillerød site, you will drive cross-functional initiatives and manage complex programs across sites.

You’ll lead teams, develop scalable policies, oversee budgets, and partner with senior leaders to deliver tangible business value in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a related field required; life science or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years in people leadership and development.
• Experience in biotech/pharma preferred.
• Proven success in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership levels.
• Global/multisite collaboration experience.
