FUJIFILM Life Sciences Biotechnologies Denmark ApS is seeking a senior leader to establish and drive objectives, policies, and work plans across a multi-discipline team at the Hillerød site. You will delegate, develop talent, manage the department budget, and guide cross-functional projects from strategy to delivery.
The role requires 10+ years in related fields, with a strong track record in biotech/pharma, ambiguity navigation, and influence across senior leadership.
Establish and operationalize objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans; delegate and develop your team for execution excellence. Develop, modify, and implement company policies that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide impact. Own and manage the department budget with broad influence on the business segment; ensure financial discipline and transparency. Tackle ambiguous, complex problems requiring conceptual thinking and deep understanding of organizational goals. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders; influence outcomes in sensitive situations while preserving strong relationships. Lead and manage two or more disciplines or a department; oversee experienced professionals and/or subordinate managers. Coach teams on moderately complex matters and sponsor new approaches to solve company-wide challenges. Foster a high-performance, fast-paced, and change-ready environment aligned to project-driven work.
Communicate complex issues simply and persuasively. Build scalable processes and policies without slowing the business. Elevate teams through coaching, clarity, and accountability.
High visibility and impact across multiple functions and initiatives.
Opportunity to shape policy, drive outcomes, and lead teams at scale.
Collaborative, mission-driven culture with room to grow.
