Job summary

STARK Group, the largest distributor of heavy building materials in Northern Europe, seeks a Project Manager to drive Group Assortment and Category Projects from planning to implementation. The role sits at the centre of the Heavy Building Materials category within a diverse international Group Sourcing team and is based at our Frederiksberg, Copenhagen office, with travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience from project, category or assortment management in B2B, sourcing or retail environments.
• Structured, proactive and capable of driving progress from planning to implementation.
• Experience with tenders, supplier negotiations or supplier performance follow-up is an advantage.
• Knowledge of product and assortment management; English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify assortment synergies and optimisation opportunities across markets.
• Own cross-country assortment projects from planning to implementation.
• Support tenders, negotiations, and sales index follow-up with stakeholders.
• Support supplier dialogue and performance follow-up with business units.
• Facilitate regular alignment and knowledge sharing across markets.
• Moderate category committee meetings with agendas and follow-up.
• Secure progress on activities that improve profitability and assortment development.
