Job summary

STARK Group IT is seeking an IT Sourcing Manager to shape how sourcing decisions are made across its European IT landscape. You will lead commercial initiatives, negotiate with technology providers, and collaborate with IT leadership to drive supplier governance and performance.

The role blends technology, business strategy, and supplier management in a dynamic, multi-country environment. Based in Denmark with some travel and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT sourcing, vendor management or procurement experience.
• Experience executing sourcing strategies across apps, infrastructure, cloud, and MSPs.
• Proven leadership of complex sourcing and tender processes.
• Strong commercial/contractual understanding; hands-on RFI/RFP negotiations.
• Excellent communication and influential leadership with senior stakeholders.
• Willing to improve IT Sourcing processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic sourcing decisions across STARK Group's international IT landscape.
• Drive sourcing decisions for applications, infrastructure, cloud and managed services.
• Build relationships with key IT suppliers and ensure robust commercial models.
• Act as trusted advisor to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Apply financial judgement via TCO analyses, KPIs, and vendor performance.
