Job summary

STARK Group, the leading heavy building materials distributor in Northern Europe, seeks a skilled Project Manager for Group Assortment & Category Projects. You will lead cross-country initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive value across markets from planning to implementation.

Qualifications

Experience in project/category/assortment management.
Comfort in international matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with tenders, supplier negotiations or follow-up is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify assortment synergies and optimisation opportunities across markets.
Own cross-country assortment projects from planning to implementation.
Support tenders, negotiations and sales index follow-up with stakeholders.
Support supplier dialogue, performance follow-up and partnership development.
Facilitate cross-country alignment and knowledge-sharing across Business Units.
Moderate category committee meetings, including agendas and follow-up.
Ensure progress on category activities that strengthen performance and assortment development across markets.
