Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Denmark is seeking an Associate P&O Director to partner with the Global Vice President of AI & Digital Innovation and drive the P&O agenda across ADI. You will translate business priorities into clear people plans, shape organisation design, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

You will lead senior-level P&O initiatives, manage design, talent, succession, and change programs, and influence across functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience including 5+ years partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience across organizational design, talent and succession, performance culture.
• Experience leading the people side of business change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Act as sparring partner to GVP translating strategy into P&O plans with clear priorities.
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness including spans, layers, and cost considerations.
• Guide leaders through annual P&O cycle including compensation, engagement and reviews.
• Build performance culture and an inclusive workplace through coaching and insights.
• Lead change and future capabilities including readiness, succession and reskilling.
