Job summary

UltraAqua is seeking a motivated Aftersales & Logistics Coordinator to cover maternity leave. You will coordinate aftersales activities, handle customer requests, manage reclamation cases, and support logistics including spare parts and shipment coordination.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication in English, and the ability to work across departments to deliver excellent service to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating, administrative, logistics, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive, structured, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Experience with logistics coordination and shipping documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for aftersales inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer cases for timely resolutions.
• Manage reclamation cases including returns, replacements, and credits.
• Oversee spare parts orders and logistics planning.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and daily logistics activities.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Assist with order processing, export documentation, and admin tasks.
• Maintain records of interactions, orders, and shipments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production and others.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and customer satisfaction.
