Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Ballerup to cover a temporary 1-year maternity leave. You will coordinate sales and purchase orders, maintain SAP master data, and ensure smooth communication with suppliers and customers while delivering excellent service to internal teams.

We value structured, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative, international environment and possess English and Danish language skills. Strong IT abilities and SAP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Educational background in logistics; new grads welcome.
• A few years of hands-on experience in export, logistics, or procurement is a plus.
• Strong IT skills; familiarity with SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process sales and purchase orders, including maintaining master data in SAP.
• Follow up on orders and maintain close communication with suppliers and customers.
• Create material master data in collaboration with our technical team.
• Provide excellent service to customers and internal sales teams.
• Maintain and improve operational logistics processes.
