Job summary

Queue-it in Copenhagen is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Danish office. You will nurture relationships across the EMEA region with a focus on the DACH market, supporting customers to achieve their goals and ensuring they derive maximum value from Queue‑it’s SaaS platform.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, global, multilingual environment, communicating effectively in English and German. A strong customer mindset and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role.
• Prior experience in a SaaS IT organization and/or government contracts is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English; high proficiency in German.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' business issues and map Queue‑it solutions to their needs.
• Educate customers on our software and maximize value from their investment.
• Track usage data, NPS, health indicators, and identify growth or churn risks.
• Collaborate with technical, engagement and sales teams to support client relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share customer insights across teams.
