All Gravy is expanding into Germany and seeking an experienced sales professional to lay the foundation for our outbound motion with mid-market and enterprise hospitality brands. You will own the deal from first touch to signing contract, run sharp discovery, and map a compelling business case for prospects while speaking fluent German and strong English.

This role offers rapid growth in a fast-scaling AI-native platform.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial sales experience.
• Fluent German (native or near-native) and strong professional English.
• Cold calling is your specialty and comfortable with multi-channel outreach.
• Discovery-first mindset with the ability to map pains and value.
