Job summary

Accenture Song in Denmark seeks a Functional AI Consultant to design, build, and deploy AI agents that enhance customer journeys across service, sales, and marketing. You’ll work with Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and other platforms, applying prompt engineering and RAG techniques while mentoring junior colleagues.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CX platform development experience, strong English, and an interest in applied AI/LLM concepts in an agile setting.

• Hands-on development experience on at least one major CX or service platform.
• Experience with building AI agents and applied AI/LLM concepts (prompt engineering, retrieval, agent testing).
• Platform certifications are a plus.

We're looking for an Functional AI Consultant (Sales & Service) to join Accenture Song in Denmark and help our clients reinvent how they connect with their customers. You'll combine deep platform expertise with the creativity, speed, and AI fluency that define Song.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that resolve customer requests, support service teams, and improve the end-to-end customer journey, using whichever platform fits the client
• Platforms of interest are: Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow or others.
• Configure agent behavior, actions, and instructions to match client business processes across service, sales, and marketing.
• Apply prompt engineering, retrieval, and testing practices to keep agents reliable and safe in production.
• Work with experience designers, business architects, and client stakeholders to turn customer experience ambitions into scalable, agentic solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants / analysts and contribute to best practices, code quality, and reusable components across projects.
• Track the fast-moving agentic AI and CRM/CX platform landscape, and bring new capabilities back to clients, the team, and the wider Song studio.

Who you are

• Strong hands-on development experience on at least one major customer experience or service platform.
• Practical experience with, or strong interest in, building AI agents and applied AI/LLM concepts (prompt engineering, RAG, agent testing and evaluation).
• Relevant platform certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable in Agile teams, with solid communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).
• A consultative mindset. You enjoy understanding client business problems, not just writing code.
