Job summary

Accenture in Copenhagen is seeking a finance professional who is genuinely curious about how AI changes finance functions from planning to reporting and controls. You know finance well enough to distinguish where an AI agent or model fits and where a human control remains.

You will have applied automation, analytics or generative AI to real finance work, or be ready to. You will lead workstreams, mentor consultants and help shape proposals in our NLN Finance practice across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Finance domain experience across planning/reporting/close with AI/analytics exposure.
• Focus on business problems, not just tooling.
• Professional working English; Scandinavian language (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian) a plus.

Job description

There's a lot of noise about AI in finance. We care about the parts that actually work: the

forecast that lands, the close that speeds up, the control that still holds. We're Accenture's

NLN Finance practice across the Nordics and the Netherlands, and you'd be based in Copenhagen, working with the AI use cases that matter for CFOs and taking them from idea to production, with finance, data and AI people across the region.

You are

You're a finance person who is genuinely curious about what AI changes across the function, from planning to reporting to controls, and honest about what it doesn't. You know finance well enough to see where an agent or a model belongs and where a human control has to stay.

You've applied automation, analytics or generative AI to real finance work, or you're ready to.

The work

• Find high-value AI and automation use cases across the finance function, from pilot to production.
• Work across planning and forecasting, management reporting and analytics, the close, and controls.
• Keep AI reliable and safe in finance: data quality, testing, controls and auditability.
• Turn the AI opportunity into a working operating model that runs, rather than a slide.
• Build the data foundation that makes finance AI trustworthy.

At Manager level

you'll also lead workstreams and a small team, mentor consultants, and

help grow the business by shaping proposals, building reusable assets and winning the next phase of work.

Qualification

• Finance domain experience across the function (planning, reporting, close or controls) with hands-on exposure to AI, automation or analytics.
• A focus on the client's business problem, not just the tooling.
• Professional working English; a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) is a plus.

• Practical experience building applied AI or agent solutions, including prompt design, retrieval and testing.
• A finance qualification, or a degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pay & process

• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
• Location and languages: Copenhagen, hybrid. English required, Danish preferred.
