Job summary

Tour Partner Group is recruiting a FIT Operations Coordinator with French to join our Copenhagen office. You will support senior team members in crafting itineraries, coordinating bookings, and communicating with clients and suppliers.

This role offers hybrid work in Copenhagen with international exposure and growth opportunities. You will learn CRM and booking systems while contributing to smooth travel experiences, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong travel and tourism passion with eagerness to learn.
• Experience in tourism, operations, hospitality or event management is a plus.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM/booking systems.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Reliable, flexible and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Itinerary and package support: Assist in crafting engaging, well-structured itineraries and packages.
• Logistics and bookings: Coordinate accommodation, transport, activities and other services.
• Travel documentation: Double-check, finalise and send travel documents to clients.
• Client and supplier communication: Respond to inquiries and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues.
• Payment and invoice monitoring: Ensure payment conditions are met and invoices accurate.
• Emergency phone duty: Participate in the on-call rota and handle incidents calmly.
• Cross-department support: Provide cover for other departments when needed.
• Learning and development: Engage in training to broaden knowledge of travel logistics.
