Qualifications

- Operational management experience.
- Familiarity with sales support activities and client engagement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM and booking systems; good computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging tour itineraries and packages tailored to client needs in Scandinavia.
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare accurate offers.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
- Coordinate and book accommodation, transport, activities and services.
- Prepare and send travel documents on time.
- Take ownership of tours including margin and cost control.
- Monitor payment conditions and escalate delays.
