Job summary

Monta is seeking a Solution Architect who speaks French and English to design and deliver enterprise integrations and customer migrations. You will work across pre-sales and post-sales, collaborating with ERP/CRM and data platforms, driving migration planning, testing and cutovers.

Based in Paris or supporting Western Europe, you’ll own architecture design and ensure seamless onboarding, with a culture that values ownership, impact, and continuous learning through AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and implementing enterprise SaaS integrations.
• Experience planning and executing complex customer migrations (discovery, cutover, testing).
• Strong communication with customers, partnering with Sales and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer requirements and integration needs.
• Design, develop, test and implement integrations between Monta and ERP/CRM/finance systems.
• Plan and execute customer migrations including cutover strategies, testing and validation.
• Define scalable architectures, data flows and technical specs.
• Support pre-sales with architecture and feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with customer IT, Product and Engineering to resolve integration issues.
