LEGO Group is seeking an FPA Senior Finance Manager to drive financial planning, performance management and decision support across production operations. You will partner with leaders to translate data into clear recommendations, support investments and strengthen financial performance.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting, building robust financial models and fostering cross-functional partnerships to improve planning and outcomes across the global organisation.
Just imagine shaping the financial decisions that help a global manufacturing organisation invest wisely, improve performance and plan. Then make it real.
As our FPA Senior Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in financial planning, performance management and decision support across the LEGO® Group's production organisation. You'll partner closely with leaders inside and outside Finance to translate complex data into clear recommendations, support investment decisions, and strengthen financial performance. You'll help drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities while contributing to the long-term financial direction of the business.
You’ll join a team that works closely together to support performance, planning and long-term value creation. We share ideas openly, learn from one another and partner across functions to solve complex challenges. Success comes from building trusted relationships, communicating clearly with both finance and non-finance colleagues, and bringing a collaborative approach to every discussion.
You’ll become a trusted finance partner who helps leaders make informed decisions with confidence. You’ll build a deep understanding of production operations; distribution operations strengthen planning processes and help the organisation navigate future investments and performance opportunities. Working closely with Finance colleagues, operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll contribute to a more connected, data-informed and forward-looking business.
