LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to shape architecture across manufacturing technology and guide 1–2 product teams. You will drive modernization, automation, and scalable design choices, balancing engineering standards with practical delivery.
You will work closely with product teams and Lead Engineers to define direction, set standards, and ensure successful implementation of complex manufacturing solutions that support LEGO's future growth and efficiency.
Just imagine shaping the technology landscape that helps manufacture LEGO® bricks. Then make it real.
As our Senior Solution Architect, you'll shape architecture across manufacturing technology and help product teams move from legacy systems towards modern, decoupled solutions. You'll set technical direction across 1–2 manufacturing product teams, guiding design choices that support automation, scalability and operational efficiency.
You’ll join manufacturing technology at the LEGO Group, working alongside product teams and Lead Engineers who are shaping the technology behind manufacturing. You’ll bring curiosity and collaboration to technical conversations, communicating clearly as you help colleagues work through complex choices. You’ll have the opportunity to influence solutions across teams while staying close to the technology and the people building it.
In your first year, you’ll help teams make confident architecture decisions and create a clearer technical direction for manufacturing technology. As the technology landscape develops over the next 12–18 months, you’ll help make it easier for product teams to build, integrate and evolve their solutions. Working closely with manufacturing product teams and Lead Engineers, you’ll connect architectural direction with practical implementation and help establish a foundation that can support the manufacturing technology landscape ahead.
