You will join the Engineering Systems & Performance team at the LEGO Group, where we develop and enable the systems, standards and ways of working that support engineering delivery across Engineering & Workplace.
The Engineering Management System is a core capability within the Engineering Delivery System.
You will work closely with the Management System Lead, who sets the overall EMS direction, roadmap, priorities and governance.
You will also work alongside the Management System Lead Professional, who helps digitally enable and operationalise the system through knowledge management, document governance, workflows, platforms and automation.
You will thrive here if you enjoy making complex systems more coherent, working across organisational boundaries, listening to how people actually work and turning diverse needs into practical recommendations.
The role requires curiosity, structure, sound judgement and the confidence to constructively challenge where processes, standards or ownership are unclear.
Success means helping create a management system that is coherent, practical, trusted and actively used across Engineering & Workplace.
You will strengthen the connection between governance requirements and day‑to‑day engineering delivery, ensuring that processes, standards, knowledge and digital enablement work together as one system.
Over the first 12 to 18 months, you will help deliver visible progress against agreed EMS priorities, clearer ownership and interfaces, improved lifecycle governance, better access to trusted content and reduced duplication or local workarounds in the areas addressed.
You will build confidence with the Management System Lead, process owners and Engineering stakeholders through clear recommendations, reliable delivery and practical improvements.
If you have worked in a role where you brought structure to complex processes, governance and organisational requirements, you will feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to develop a management system that is technically sound, practical for users and capable of supporting consistent engineering delivery at scale.
