Base360.ai is seeking a founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and PMCs, turning attention into demos, qualified leads, and customers. You may own a single channel or run across several—paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels.

This hands-on, entrepreneurial role will involve experimentation, rapid iteration, and building our growth engine from the ground up alongside the founder.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own growth channels end-to-end and drive results.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS buyers and enterprise cycles.
• Experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, and partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate growth workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel or multiple channels end-to-end and set the strategy.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across channels.
• Understand customers and what motivates them to switch software.
• Run experiments quickly and scale successful hooks and funnels.
• Collaborate with founder on positioning and messaging.
