Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You will own features end-to-end, from frontend to backend, including AI-powered workflows and integrations with platforms in the short-term rental ecosystem.

You'll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to understand workflows, reduce friction, and ship impactful products that scale with customer demand.

Qualifications

• Production-grade software development experience across frontend and backend.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI or similar.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and product-minded problem solving.
• Ability to work with customers, designers, and founders.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing features, dashboards, automation engines, and AI-powered workflows.
• Develop reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google.
• Own frontend and backend from idea through production, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with designers and operators to create intuitive experiences.
• Scale Base360.ai across the short-term rental lifecycle.
