Job summary

Userlink.ai is building AI agents used by Nordic webshops and will place you among the first engineers shaping the brain that runs in production. You’ll own data model, retrieval, and real-time flows, and you’ll ship the code that customers rely on daily.

Expect high autonomy, shared equity, and a direct path to impact as the company grows. The role is based at the Odense office, with a strong focus on building scalable backend systems and ML-enabled features.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running SaaS systems in production.
• Backend proficiency in Java or C# and React familiarity.
• Experience with LLM-based features and measuring their effectiveness.
• Ownership mindset and accountability in production.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own data model, retrieval, evaluation and real-time flows.
• Write code, ship it and monitor in production.
• Help decide what gets built and shape the foundation for others.
• Make decisions based on arguments, not titles.
• Own initiatives like a founder mindset and take responsibility.
