Job summary

Userlink, based in Odense, is seeking a driven sales leader to own new business, partner relationships, and existing customer growth. You will run the full sales cycle from first contact to signing, identify and recruit agencies and platform partners, and expand in Denmark while supporting growth in DACH and the Netherlands.

You will sell personally, mentor others, and leverage AI daily to understand customer signals and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Built sales in a B2B SaaS company as one of the first salespeople and closed deals.
• Can manage and explain budgets with outcomes.
• Sells personally and teaches others to do it at the same time.
• Experience selling outside Denmark and adapt to new markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact to signature.
• Build and manage partner channel with agencies and platforms.
• Grow revenue from existing customers and roll out new products.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to close deals.
