Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. in Aarhus, Denmark seeks a Technical Support Engineer to support trading technology on-site. You will monitor systems, resolve incidents, and work with global teams to ensure smooth operation of client infrastructure.

The role requires 1–2 years of on-site financial services experience, a relevant IT degree, and strong Danish/English communication. Travel may be involved and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, and device deployment.
• 1–2 years' experience in an on-site technical support role within financial services.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build client relationships.
• Fluency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's on-site technical contact for Options technology systems.
• Monitor system health and perform maintenance including updates.
• Diagnose issues and escalate complex problems to internal teams.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal Teams on system enhancements and testing.
