Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. in Aarhus is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support our trading tech environment on site for client teams. You will monitor systems, resolve issues, and coordinate with our engineers to ensure reliable uptime.

You will work with Danish and English-speaking clients, travel as needed, and bring strong Microsoft 365/Azure knowledge, 1–2 years of on-site experience, and a willingness to learn in fintech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment and AV troubleshooting.
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar on-site technical support role within financial services.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and identify root causes.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: clear verbal and written communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Client focus: understand and fulfil client requirements with exceptional service.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
• Monitor internal system health and performance; perform regular maintenance such as software updates and configuration changes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams for timely resolution.
• Respond to client incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, following incident management processes.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Work with Options Technology teams on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation.
